up a case that could finally put to rest the questions about whether President-elect Barack Obama qualifies to occupy the
Oval Office under the Constitution's requirement that he be a "natural born" citizen.

no one had the courage to challenge or verify it? What if he was inaugurated illegally? What if the military had
to answer to a commander in chief who was illegitimate? What if every law he signed was invalid?" And, she wonders, "What if it all happened on our watch?"

Supremes to Review Citizenship Arguments Case challenging candidacy set for December 5th
'conference' of Supreme Court justices | A case that challenges President-elect Barack Obama's name on the
2008 election ballot citing questions over his citizenship has been scheduled for a "conference" at the U.S. Supreme
Court on December 5 — this Friday!  Conferences are private meetings of the justices at which they review cases and decide which ones to accept for formal review.
