Imagine you turn on the TV to the "Court channel" and
you see the cop who
violated your rights there on TV
lying on the stand committing perjury.
Or a corrupt judge or attorney you
saw out buying
drugs or drunk driving.
Oh, but in Massachusetts, this is not possible for the
courts
operate in "behind closed door secrecy".
If you ain't in court, you don't know what is going
on as
no "SUNSHINE" exists in Mass. courts.
If you buy a transcript from a court, it will never
show
all that occurred in side the courtroom.
Why can't litigants record their own suits?
What
part of the Constitution prevents this?
