ds recommends:

To determine the integrity of our justice system I would suggest:

1) Video/ audio
recording all courtroom proceedings to view

the
effectiveness of the judicial and executive branches.

2) Have the General
Court pass a law preventing police or any

public
servant from pleading the FIFTH amendment and

refusing
to testify under oath as to actions performed

under
color of their office.

3) Create a
database of all police agencies who arrest and then

determine
the actual number convicted of those arrested to

see just how effective the laws are applied as a percentile.

4) Create a
database of all District Attorneys to determine the

number
of those arrested vs prosecuted and the outcomes

as a
percentile.

5) Recommend to the
Governor to expunge all records of an

arrest
to which there is no guilty plea or finding to return justice

to
those who are not convicted of anything.

6) That when
Petitions for Bills of Address are submitted, for the

removal
of a judge, that the Petitioner be allowed to address the

members
of the Senate and House while in session to vote

on the
petition.

ds recommends:

We need to show over and over again,
the misery caused by the courts.

Need to show the stupidity of inexpugnable
arrest records of no convictions.

Need to show just how few complaints are
ever heard by the Board of Bar Overseers,
Comm on Judicial Injustice. etc.

We are now a video nation. If a lost kitten
can attract tens of thousands who want
to donate to save the kitten, we need to
get just a few of these people.

ds recommends:

Imagine you turn on the TV to the "Court channel" and
you see the cop who violated your rights there on TV
lying on the stand committing perjury.

Or a corrupt judge or attorney you saw out buying
drugs or drunk driving.

Oh, but in Massachusetts, this is not possible for the
courts operate in "behind closed door secrecy".

If you ain't in court, you don't know what is going on as
no "SUNSHINE" exists in Mass. courts.

If you buy a transcript from a court, it will never show
all that occurred in side the courtroom.

Why can't litigants record their own suits?

What part of the Constitution prevents this?

Corruption, thy names is Massachusetts..........
