and even with the change of Guard in Committees to my surmise.. I have been treated very
well so far in being granted permission to tape. as the past 6 years has proven my goal to have our Legislature adopt
the video archive record of Public Hearings usefulness and importance of these digital documents. Thank the Committees
for their support and continued effort to help make this happen. In the beginning I have met resistance. But it
is now only by the Guards not the Committee's. There is a gross misunderstanding here of what is going on. That
will be disolved when this is debated on the floor I believe. Stand for something..stand for transparency today.

I have offered tapes to each Committee of the Hearing pro bono. I am not paid but some revenue
is accrued to offset my expenses from the sale of the tapes. The demand is increasing for coverage and for the tapes.
If this was in full swing the response would be amazing.. I believe we must pursue this measure.. it is cost effective.
