Comflm Registry will be covering a second
case tomorrow at New Charledon St Suffolk Probate Court. This is the Independant Media operation of Hector Montalvo of Methuen
who is trying to open the government in Probate Court. Good going Hector. He has been told he can tape if he is
willing to share with the other Media who might be interested. This is a public record and Hector plans to upload the
footage online. The camera will only be placed to watch the Judge. This will give the Public access to the Court
Process. As Hector is interested in Judicial watch this will be sufficient to know how Probate cases are being addressed.
Comflm Registry News is working with Hector and the Courts to create a public process for Independant Media to have the same
access all Press have. Thank you Judicial Leaders for helping
to make this possible. We understand the seriousness of this endeavor. For to not use our Constitutional First
Amendment Right of Passage is to loose it. We are not willing to sacrifice that. As all evolve to a new media
medium we are all asked to stretch to the usefulness and severity of it respectfully. I personally believe a new respect
will emerge when all is said and done for the Judicial Branch of Government. I look forward to this process being accomplished.

RE: Drug dealing and abusive cops in Rhode island

Again I am reminded why the courts do not allow
the citizens to watch courtroom proceedings in
the comfort of
their homes as broadcast.
The drug dealing cops in Providence and the
abusive cops in Woonsocket just didn't
happen overnite.
The judges in the courts never questioned the actions
of these police as they appeared before
the court time
and time again?
Imagine if citizens watching the same cops go into court
over and over
again, why these cops were arresting so
many people, only to have the charges dismissed.
But the courts in
Rhode Island still operate in the 1800's
and no video broadcasting of court proceedings is
allowed under the Constitution.
The news media does not have the money to have
competent reporters sit in every courthouse in Rhode Island.
So NO ONE gets to know what is going on in the courts.
Back in Stoughton, Mass. the police have become
so corrupt that the FBI is investigating and a Federal
Grand jury is seated hearing select testimony from
a select
few victims.
For years Judge Robert Sheiber sat in Stoughton court
and saw the same police come in time after
time
with "arrests" only to have those arrest dismissed.
The police got 4 hours overtime for showing
up in court
while the arrest victims got to pay for the privilege of
being falsely arrested.
Sadly, the
people of Stoughton never got to see any
broadcast of the proceedings of Judge Robert Sheiber.
Cops don't
go bad overnite, it requires "blind" judges
and "blind" District Attorneys and a blind public
who is not allowed to see the broadcast proceeding
of their local courts to see what cops keep showing up
in court.
Does anyone know what the average arrest vs conviction
rate is of the police in Rhode Island?
