Public Advocate Citizen Alert!!!
Dear Janet,
Yet another activist judge in California has betrayed the people of the United
States of America.
Federal District Court Judge Virginia Philips (Clinton appointee) has ruled that "Don't
Ask Don't Tell" is unconstitutional, alleging that homosexuals are being denied their right to due process.
How does "Don't Ask Don't Tell" deny homosexuals due process? They were not accused of anything nor were
they denied anything protected by the 5th Amendment. How does the 5th Amendment apply to "Don't Ask, Don't Tell?"
Here is the 5th Amendment below:
No person shall be held to answer for
a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in
the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person
be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to
be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private
property be taken for public use, without just compensation.
Has this activist judge even read the 5th
Amendment?
The lawsuit was filed by the "Log Cabin Republicans" -- a powerful Homosexual
Lobby Front that has infiltrated the Republican Party.
I'm truly outraged and angered by this blatant perversion
of the Constitution.
Thankfully, the military is planning to appeal this ruling. Public Advocate will be there
to support them.
I will keep you updated on this case over the next few weeks.
Thank you and God Bless,
