he had determined that compliance with the subponea was consistent with the precedents and privileges of the House.

- The House received a communication from Mohamed Abbamin, Legislative Assistant, Office of Rep. Scott
of Virginia. Pursuant to Rule VIII of the Rules of the House of Representatives, Mohamed Abbamin notified the House that he
had been served with a subpoena issued by the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, for testimony in a
criminal case and that after consultation with the Office of General Counsel, he had determined that compliance with the subponea
was consistent with the precedents and privileges of the House.
