This hearing will address the Criminal Contempt for posting judges findings to the internet
on a Impounded case and where a ex parte Gag Order is in effect w/o notification .There is tremendous public interest
in the happenings not only of the Probate Courts of the Commonwealth, but also the
Judges who hears these proceeding,
We seek to have our camera set up and pointed directly at the Judge,
and at no time before, during, or after will the camera be moved to be pointed towards anyone, unless it's a matter of public
concern or the Judge moves while on the bench. Upon request from the court a copy will be provided.
Again we ask
that you allow this request, under rule 1:19 and per order of Chief Justice Carey, leaving this decision in your hands.
The
hearing is to be held on April 7th in front of you.
