I am a member of Independant Media in Massachusetts. I would like to say that your experience in court
is what in a back door way needs to happen. You have the money to go higher in court. Since when does Italy affect
the USA. They are being overrun with communists, socialists and what do they know about true freedom? You do this
or I tella my uncle! Do not take this decision seriously. NO one expects you to take the rap for what is in
print. You need to make it clear that your readership is to censor themselves but you are not going to be a freedom hacker.
Tell the people if they want freedom??? Take responsibility for your actions. Leave a route that those who are suspected...
or lied about on purpose .. can take to get their stufff off the site. This is the worst problem I see. Google
can hack a site at any moment. But hours and hours and hours and hours of time is stolen when someone hacks a site..
and gobbles the work.. gargle spit but don't gobble.. Yesterday in committee in Boston.. the Judiciary was trying
to find a way to see standards in online press.. where bloggers were press and where they were just online having fun. This is a wake up call to the
potential not only of google hacking but governments hacking whole systems and the clients. I do not
support Google when they are partisan and money can be very persuasive indeed. STAYYYYYYYYYYY NEUTRAL.LLLLL or Google
will loose business .. they will go down with all the other freedom hackers.. I think the medium of
internet is awesome and should be treated as the modern day green paper system.. save a generation in trees by going on line.
We are only experiencing growth.. that is all. Courts are evil to business they want to guide business and
control it and stop it and shackle the public whatever. I do not support any evil plots online subscribers may entertain
but the fact is we have a whole new frontier and the damage is as bad as the REEEELLLLLL wild west especially with homeland
security stuff but. Thanks for making the cyber road we all know Al had nothing to do with it.. and for letting
joe blow and joe blowup get on but let reasonable people work together and make us really court free user friendly before
we all loose our freedoms in another way and we have the cyber carpet baggers all over again getting the truth to people
in spite of the above.. truth cannot be muzzled. People actually die for truth.. remember?? With all the bad google
