I ventured to the Statehouse. The morning trip was like marching into the storm. The streets slippery and wet in Boston
but not too bad I walked up to the Hill from North Station to cover two Hearings. Ways and Means Gardner Auditorium
and Senate Federal Stimulus on Public Safety in B2. Federal Stimulus was also covered by Channel 4 who was doing a duet
for Fox News as well. I was the only camera in Ways and Means full throttle, but another guy came in so it may have
been Fox and Channel 4 again I did not ask. Attorney General Martha Coakley spoke to Ways and Means and Sec Galvin. I waited outside the Auditorium to
hopefully get Galvin on tape for a comment on Open Meeting Publc Record Law this Election year. He refused to
be on tape but did admit the Public has no idea the Legislature is not under Open Meeting Law or Public Record Law.
My comment to him was that people I meet are always shocked when I inform them of that fact. And that his office should
give an update publicly to the issue and he looked surprised that my suggestion his office was responsible to inform the public
on this fact. We will see what he does now. He said he get's lots of calls in his office. I say support
S1458 call Bruce Tarr's office to put pressure on the Legislature and Senate to move this bill to the floor. Rep. Brad
Hill is also supportive of this and has other bills that are similiar. We need to get the footage on Public Hearings,
Commission Hearings on the Record. We need to keep the public record and have it be available to Independant Press and
the public not just working press. This is a way they use the facts to oppress the Press and keep Independant Media
out according to JK my legal correspondent. Become a member of Comflm Registry and lets pressure back on this very important
issue. Call Secretary Galvin's office until he starts to get it that the public are ticked off.. And put in a good word
for Comflm Registry as well.

February 2 2010 634pm Jaldrich reporting on Catch of the Day, VideoNews, FreelanceReporting from the Statehouse catch... Today the Senate Committee on Federal Stimulus money met to hear testimony
. This was also recorded by House Broadcast and will be posted online soon. Catch of the Day, also was there recording
as well, and that will be posted on Blip.tv soon. The next most interesting footage happened going from the meeting
in A1 to the 5th floor by way of 2 to pick up the executive session list of bills for tomorrow in Public Health.
A swarm of Reporters was seen standing cameras pitched at the House Gallary doors and so J Aldrich wanted to see what was
up. A soon Press Conference was to occur on the Contract with Yemen to ship natural gas to the USA and unload in Charlestown.
The Navy Coast Guard would give an OK and the House Speaker of the House Rep Deleo along with Rep Costello from Newburyport
the Homeland Security House Chair would comment on the next move. That would be to check over the documents for a 20
year contract that would allow the ships to dock and unload. An insider told me it's a done deal, but we the people
are sure to get the red hot lip service we deserve.. This is a constant reminder to my Reporter following that we need to have a Daily
Statehouse Watch and be onsite for the catchoftheday reporting that slips into nowhere when we depend on working press to
respect the public record. It just will not happen. They get paid remember and are puppets not reporters.
They can only do so much! We need to fill in the blanks and get them rolling. Just like AG Coakley got hit off the back

of transparancy to evolve to such decrepid laws as we have in Massachusetts? The people are beginning to get it

to reverse the curse on the public and record the Public Hearings! YEAH YEAH for the people! Time to catch the

February 1 2010 38 years since I first heard Famous David Wilkerson preach on the radio. http://www.worldchallenge.org/about_david_wilkerson This great man of G-d was called to NewYork in 1958 and had been at it 14 years when I heard him and purchased his
book the Cross and the Switchblade. A timely book on the capacity to change in mid stream from a life of drugs and calamity

than Sodom and Ghomorrah.. Who would have believed it ??? Isn't it just like G-d to proclaim on a billboard what the

my life that the words of the Prophet David Wilkerson were true and have heard them relentlessly for the past 38 years in
my soul. On the jobs
in the Health Care Networks I saw the reality coming true. From the conversations of workers to the patients in the
beds the handwriting was on the wall for America the blind. No one was able to stop the reckless abandonment of our
morals. No one seemed able to say no to the sleezy attack on structures of character and resolve. It just was
a given. Being told many times in the past 6 years by different elected officials the country is totally gone on morals I
refused to believe that we could therefore not resist. Thus the resistance of Mass Resistance to exemplify the legal
scene was not something I could ignore. But the ineffectiveness of the Church crowd has been the most stupifying of
all. Where do we go from here?? Time to check in with David Wilkerson I would say. He is the American Prophet that succeeded Billy Graham. James
Kennedy also has done remarkable things to speak against the tide but it has been David Wilkerson who has truly spelled it
out put it on a billboard and spoken a word of truth to America the blind for 50 years a full generation in Bible years. Take heed.. get his books and read them. IT is time to turn

It was only a matter of time. With new
hate crimes laws making their way through congress - A homosexual man has filed a $70 million lawsuit against Bible publishers
Zondervan and Thomas Nelson. He is alleging that the verses that refer to homosexuality in these versions is a violation of
his constitutional rights and has caused him emotional distress. He is seeking $60 million from Zondervan and $10 million
from Thomas Nelson Publishing. Many Christians fear that their pastors could come under arrest if they preach from certain
texts of the Bible if it is found that such teaching was viewed as hate by the new laws.
Anglicans ready
to jump ship
Anglican leaders are threatening to depart the Anglican Church in large numbers if it continues
down the path of accepting Homosexual and Woman Leadership. In what is being considered a return to the fold by some, those
departing our looking to Rome. One Bishop going so far as to suggest that there can be no future for Christianity in Europe
without Rome. Although the Anglican church is the officially recognized religion under British Law, some are suggesting these
moves are leading to the dissolution of the Church of England, which Queen Elizabeth is the head. Thus such changes could
result in significant changes to the legal structure of England. Some fear it could mean Britain will become officially a
secular nation.

the Farewell event held at TD North Garden on Sunday January 3, 2009. A wonderful jesture by TD North to open the Garden
to the Veterans all 600 and their Familes to express their love and respect for the Veterans going to Iraq and Afganistan
for one year. Thank God the time has been shortened. That year go fast Veterans. We love you and will cover
your backside in prayer! This time the Veterans had a duly right prayer by First Lt Michele Durkee. Mrs Durkee,
of Leominster is going for a 4th tour. Her husband a Reservist will be going also soon his first tour. This information
just happened to fall to me at the DD line while chatting with her Mom. I was commenting on the Invocation that was
said. It was really special. Then the woman states " That was my daughter!" I stand
in awe and ask so who will watch the parentless children??? I guess we will! You have to come up to the plate
when you are a military family. I don't think so Mom! This is cruelty and mis-management. So Mom's are good
detectives I would say. As I tell my kids now men , you can't keep much from me I will find it out, watch and
see. It can come to me like this story or some other way but it truly gets back to me. So if your going beware.. Momz
will find out what happens eventually. However, this story is an outrageous example of the mis- governing of our good Veterans and a good slap in the face
to anyone who thinks their choice is respected. We need people with human remains in their hearts giving orders.
This is a mockery of our ALL voluntary army. I would say we are now ready to see inscription take place.
Why should these parents kids have a fear worry trauma no brainer to deal with for a solid year? Are they sick
in the head??? Or is this a punishment demonstration by the Left of their Patriotic Valor Inhumanitarianism? I am sick
of the stuff that comes out in war militarism. This is why people of good conscience become anti war and anti government.
And it is on Obama the pascifist man of peace watch! And then the new health system cuts their benefits when they come
home quote Scott Brown.. a nice kick in the pants by the Left.. When will the people get mad! I hope next November!
I hope January 19 2010. To
top off my visit yesterday to the Statehouse to also sit in on the first Formal Session, I decided to take the subway from
North Station when another story evolved where a Blind male was navigating to the North Station platform. A nice young
couple took charge and decided to assist him to the trains below going to BC. As I was exiting from Government Center
I spoke to the woman near the exit upstairs who said the doors had slammed on the Blind person while exiting in that Government
Center train so the man could switch to take a BC train instead of the Heath St train. At that moment I got my camera out and asked if they would do an interview.
No one wanted to so I said well I can write this up anyway as I was totally aware of the situation. Later, at the Statehouse
I would find that there had been a special event to honor the Blind in Nurses Hall. So much for advocacy on the Subway. As I went about my day, I pondered this problem and came up with a
solution. They need a button near the doors of the T that people can push to let the drivers know a special needs person
got on. That way they can speak to them or be more aware by having the person hit the button going on and off. once

Formal Session House and Senate January 6 2010 I arrived at the Statehouse around 11AM Wednesday. I was there until 530PM At that point a recess
had been called and I decided it was time to go home. Word had it the House would return on Thursday to finish the Education
Charter School reform bill. However they stayed at it until 1230AM Jan 7. I would have stayed also if I thought
it would have ended last night. It was so cold it took me to today to warm up. I hate the biting cold. I discovered this fact while doing my usual investigating at the Statehouse.
I found the woman who posts the information on Committees to the Website. She is in the House Clerks office. She
had an additional Hearing to post but the information was changing as they kept adding bills. I will have to look next
week. The day of the Hearing is the 11th. Municipalities and Elder Affairs will be having hearings that day. Children
and Families will be having one more hearing near the end of the month. Not sure what on. I discovered that one
just poking in asking the Committee what is happening. I also shared my lovely Blind person story with them. I also discovered another fact. Most of the Committees have
finished Hearings. That means the next thing is the Executive Sessions. That is when they say what is happening
with the bills they heard. So the next thing we do is try to find the Executive Sessions scheduled. If they would
ever email me that would be a major miracle. You know the statehouse does not have to do anything. Not being under open meeting law is powerful. We the
people have been duped since the 80's and I intend to see it stopped. So if you have a candidate in your district ask
them the question how do they feel about CSpan. Do they want Massachusetts to have that here? How are they with S1458?
Will they support that bill and ask it comes to the floor! We need to rally for that bill all year folks. Do not
elect anyone that is tone deaf on Open Meeting Law. Give them the boot .. may the door hit them in the rear when they
go out! ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!
Oh might as
