update August 2015, this process was not completed- due to health issue of Jaldrich. However, we now have 27 members
and this is now front page again hopefully to be resolved by end of this year. January 2011 The Coalition to Preserve the Public Record Archive Project will file non profit papers. At that time all donations will
be tax deductible in 2012. Reporters, who then tape Massachusetts Public Hearings and donate a copy will get a tax deduction when they supply the Project with a copy of the tape for the Archive. How about that! Please email Comflm@yahoo.com , If you are an Attorney and would like to help please
let us know. There are many who love
what I have been doing, now is the time to step forward and be involved. JAldrich, Hamilton

Although the Following Groups discuss Candidate positions
year round, how many votes do these groups bring to the table? I cannot help but
think that if the Candidates took these groups serously, in the Republican Party in Massachusetts, they would not select
mainstream left of center Candidates to run against left of center Democrats. This is a Blue State folks. Today,
is a wake up call to that damage control. Republicans have nothing to offer a public that does not understand money
politics. They don't care if they are lambusted to the cleaners. The Republicans that did not vote here, care
about Religious rights. The Party let those people down and will suffer a serious collateral damage for not recognizing
their demands. Conscience does matter and if the Dems don't care let them take the heat. In the end you will hear
the cries in the land, we told you so.

Breaking News: Military Watch Case Aarp Emily Sachar reports in November aarp bulletin, USERA, Uniformed Services Employment Reemployment
Act under fire. District Court of Appeals March 2009 reversed 58,000 damages on case Army Reservist Vincent Straub vs
Proctor Hospital, Peoria Illinois, and will be heard this fall Supreme Court. This case jeopardizes the standing Reservists and National Guard Members have in the workplace. As a Lab Technician this person is being penalized from not being subject to
hospital stupid schedule laws. I know because I subjected myself to these rules for 10 years working in health related
jobs. Our Soldiers deserve the respect of
duty just as much as stupid hospital rules. Both are equivalent. What is hidden in this picture is more urgent than
the wage lost it is unamerican and seeks to destroy the perks built into a homeland on call soldier situation. I hate
this case. I hope you do to and defy that hospital and remove its protection under 501c3 or at least cause it collateral
damage will you? JAldrich, Catch of the Day, Video

The Republican Nominating Convention
is tomorrow. There are some facts I think you need to know. I hope they will help to keep you from drawing any incorrect
conclusions. Best, Anne
1) Dr. Mildred F. Jefferson will make a nominating speech for Christie Mihos
for Governor. You know Dr. Jefferson's stature in the Massachusetts Pro-Life Movement. Yet you may remember
from past races that Mihos supports a woman's right to choose. He has no voting record. This is all his 2010 web site
says: - "Christy supports the use of adult stem cells in scientific research. However, he opposes embryonic stem
cell research, which are harvested living embryos, a process that destroys the embryo.
- Christy opposes the Massachusetts
proposed legislation that would expand to 35 feet, the so-called "buffer zone" around abortion clinics. This violates
the first amendment freedom of speech for sidewalk counselors.
- Christy opposes the use of public funds for abortions."
2) State Representative Karyn Polito is running for
Treasurer. Victor Pap has left Catholic Citizenship to run her campaign. An email from Chanel Prunier at
Massachusetts Independent PAC, says, "Many of you know Karyn Polito as a stellar pro-family candidate, who has voted
in defense of traditional marriage and championed Jessica's Law, a statute protecting our children from sex offenders." NARAL has supported Polito, giving her a pro-abortion rating. According to Marie Sturgis, MCFL Executive
and Legislative Director, these were the votes during her tenure as State Rep: "Rep. Karyn Polito supported the
Buffer Zone expansion to 35 feet, voted for the anti-life life science bill, voted for the artificial creation of human embryos
and for funding of embryonic stem cell research. She did support Governor Romney by voting to prohibit lab workers from donating
eggs and the exploitation of women for their eggs. She voted against restoring the original law that defined life as
beginning at the moment of conception. She supported contraceptive coverage."
Dear janet,
It's almost here. Election Day is just around the corner.
The best
part? The Election Night watch parties, of course. And we're adding a special twist to this Election Night with coverage from
Sunlight Live. We'll be reporting on what the major news networks won't: the shadow campaign behind the 2010 midterms.
Sign up to host or attend a Election Night Watch Party here.
We'll be hosting a watch party here in DC, and while we'd love for you to join us, if you're too far away, you
can host or attend your own right in your own hometown. All you need is a computer, an internet connection and some friends.
If you're up for having other transparency-minded folks join you, sign up to host a watch party meetup in your area.
Not up for hosting, but want to attend a watch party? Check our Meetup page for a watch party in your area.
Go to Meetup.com/sunlightfoundation.
On our Sunlight Live Election Night coverage, we'll focus on
the most compelling shadow campaigns in the 2010 midterms. With more than $426 million in reported outside spending, we'll
tell the story of how outside groups like the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, Karl Rove's Crossroads GPS and large labor unions
influenced political races across the country.
Sunlight Live will provide live video coverage from PBS NewsHour
and the Sunlight Foundation itself. You'll get real-time updates of races being decided around the country in addition
to in-depth reporting on the outside influences that will be shaping the next Congress.
You also get to ask questions
of our team of investigative journalists and gain a deeper understanding of what the election results will mean for all of
us. Want to bookmark Sunlight Live to get ready? You can sign up for reminders or bookmark
Sunlight Live at sunlightlive.com. We hope you can join us,

VOTING NO ON QUESTION
1 AND 3 UPDATE REPORTING FROM MCFL | | | Our friend, Professor Patrick Flood
just sent along this food for thought. "Today just for fun
I checked the state NARAL (www.prochoicemass.org) website to see what they might have put up lately, and I think you will find this interesting and of possible use.
NARAL is officially urging voters to vote NO on Questions 1 and 3 because passage 'could have a devastating impact on access
to reproductive health services in the Commonwealth.'"
Apparently NARAL wants plenty of tax money to pay for abortions.
And Tom Connelly has
pointed out that NARAL reports they have not spent any money in the Massachusetts Congressional races, http://www.opensecrets.org/outsidespending/detail.php?cmte=C90004185 Yet, Joan Cronin just called to say they have endorsed
Kevin Byrne against pro-life Matthew Beaton (11th Worcester) for State Rep. John Triolo reports they have endorsed Congressman Tierney agaist pro-life Bill Hudak for Congress
in the 6th District. These endorsements won't show up
in their expenditures until after the election.
Thanks to Jaon, John, Tom, and Pat and to you all. I
know you are out there working hard in these closing hours! Anne
