Recently,
I have come to know a woman due to my activities as a videographer. A Second citizen from West Newbury victimized for
the past 10 years by a neighbor who calls her Jew all the time and she is not Jewish.. she has a name that could be Jewish
Devine in case any of you know that case. Thousands of dollars have been poured into the Newburyport Court System and
Lawyers with no avail. After reading the only childs letter on his experience moving into West Newbury and his families
court ordered homeless wanderings due to the continuous harrassment from one citizen with petty local connections making
their lives a living saga nightmare and horrow story I could not help but see the ptsd Court saga money System causing
horrendous agony to so many unsuspecting citizens in the Commonwealth. Adding to that the potential present dangerous abuse of laws on bullying,
the new health care bill coming at us like a construction plow out of control I wonder if I am living inAmerica or an
illusion of America I knew long ago. We are entering the twilight zone of Court Mania.. the regulatory commissions
will quagmire us all if we do not wake up before the Christmas Grinch steals us all away into the EU conquest without a wimper

December 5 2009 I have been extremely busy and a few comments need to be added to update you to the many stories that
have happened since October. Sometimes I try to post on the monthly hearing page so check that also if looking for new
remarks. I am going to comment on an incident I had on
the Rail from Hamilton to Boston . I take the 812 AM train and when things get busy I can be really tired and the second
day of busy taping can keep me on the frantic edge. Thus was the story the morning I came to the train as it had stopped.
I was at the foot of the ramp the conductors all in their doors and the ramp still before me I looked to see a signal they
would wait . Instead they stared and just pulled off as I stood there needing to tape 2 public hearings and two press
conferences. I decided to thumb. However, the gentleman who stopped suddenly had engine trouble in North Beverly.
I was close to the Dunkin Donuts and the Rail which I had just missed. I decided that two attempts to go early were
enough trauma for my tired limbs and decided to just coffee up and schlep to the rail. This is totally obnoxious to
me. I cannot run. I am obstructed by my arthritis and the heavy bag that contains my gear. I called the
MBTA and explained my situation. I wanted a complaint filed. They continuously harass me for wanting to use the
ramp and it is not unusual to have the rail miss the ramps for leaves on the track but even then the attitude is so penetratingly
ugly it is remarkable. I have been traveling for 4 years
now on the rail, having given up my car to finance the c span project Boston and 400 public hearings later that I realize
the situation is what it is. I love doing this project
and that alone is my reward. I can stay home if I need to and stop anytime but the momentum to see this to completion
with a full scale public affairs network in place in Boston is my motavation. The longer it goes the more I believe
it will happen. I am making a difference and keeping the public record. I am so thankful for CSPAN leading the
charge and setting the example to the States to compile the first public record vehicle that translates the public record
to the video networks. Democracy will survive due to this happening even if the battle gets so strong the parties become
the target of sedition. CSPAN is a hero network. Please support it and help Massachusetts and Comflm, Registry
to embark our Commonwealth on this same path. If you have
it in the power of your hand to help ... you own it.. you will see a finger pointed at you asking why? You hold the
powers of democracy and can help and can let it slip away? You will be diminshed and another will take your

October Moment at Mass Statehouse Boston to
Remember: I went in to capture the Health Care Finance Committee Hearing, payment reform Commission Report. Now
wouldn't you want that one! I was in the two preceding days and had not even unpacked my bag I just fell asleep and woke up
in the morning after my ride home on the MBTA Rail. I was so tired I was falling asleep on the train as well. So I was calling the Statehouse to confirm my permissions last minute
but knowing all Committees were OK with me except Ways and Means because that one was sort of a surprise for me. I went
to Revenue as the word was used by the Committee on the notice on Statehouse News and that confused me to think it was a Revenue
Hearing. Then I went to Pangiotokas office and they were very obliging and said yes .. do we need to do anything?
Just keep the Guards (dogs) away from me that is all. That is their most endearing sport to just mock and snear at Independant Media. No matter how nice they can
get do not ever ever ever trust it. They are guard dogs for Committee Rooms. Except for yesterday when I was a
disappearing act doing 4 hearings. In the
Health Care Financing Committee Hearing Room A1 the heat was so unbearable it was palpable when you entered. It could
have fried my camera except on a return trip to check the camera set up to run 3 hours non stop the camera was black out.
I look to follow the cord and sure enough a tall man was standing on it his brief case had unplugged my camera on the floor.
I look at him and state you unplugged my camera. The immediate response was many people had come and gone and so he was not
to blame. I had run out of tape which is hard to get on foot really as it is in Sears and places out of reach of my
train route. I usually tape everything down like cement even the plugs and you can see why. What is annoying here is I had taped two other hearings set this one
up and the one in Gardner and thought I had time to have an ice coffee and sit down in the coffee shop. I was short
on cash and just needed a breather literally. I don't know how much I missed but planned to use my second camera after
time went out on the JVC but it didn't so you see they must have been messing with the camera in my estimation. No remorse
or apology was stated and what does that say? Later I told the guard sitting outside the Senate doors and his remark
was unbelievable! Well professional cameras do not have to be concerned for that! My camera is a professional
camera. I am a disabled woman 66
years old with Osteo Arthritis and Degenerative Arthritis Osteoporosis and suffer all winter walking and this jerk says my
camera is not professional. I use a camera that gets the job done. I get hours of footage and it is light to carry.
Some of the "Professional" cameras are really small if you look at them like mine. They just have huge batteries
huge scopes and lots of big tripods to secure the camera from thieves I think. I cannot carry that much load and the Statehouse
has never offered to let me store my stuff so I can have an easier load. I just tredge alone along. This remark
was dispicable to me especially when my camera was being assaulted in the Public Hearing. Fortunately the surge protector
on all my stuff protected it from surge damage the fact is the guard was no where to be found in that Hearing room the temperature
was steamy and too many people were crowded together and uncomfortable. A couple weeks earlier in Judiciary the room
was so hot a person fainted hit her head and was taken to the Hospital. I warned them that day also and like a stunt
I had planned the woman was fainting when I returned. So if you have a grudge you want to vent out use this to capture the moment and help stop the madness to stop Independant
Media from taping in a equal way. They do not have the right to call my camera unprofessional. They are unprofessional
every single day venting their dispicabilities at every Independant Professional. Yesterday the Professional Designers were complaining they were not treated properly in Massachusetts
and so goes the problem. How could they be ignored as a profession. Rhode Island School of Design would be scammed and
is being scammed by the State of Massachusetts disrespecting the Professsional Interior Designer.. can you believe! And the source of the arrogance do you get it ? Public Hearings,
